– 50% of the interpreting fee as a penalty for cancellation 3 days before the event.
– 20% of the interpreting fee as a penalty for cancellation 7 days before the event.
* For amounts under $1,000 USD, payment is required in full in advance.

* In case of delayed payment due to the client’s circumstances, a maximum of 7 days after the event’s conclusion is allowed as the deadline (50% advance payment is mandatory).
* Costs for the reserved time cannot be refunded if the event ends earlier than scheduled.
* For schedules lasting more than one day, a minimum daily business maintenance fee of $700.

How long does it take for my translation job to be done?
A translator typically translates about 1,500 to 2,000 words per day.
Due to constant quality checks to ensure there are no errors in the translation and that the correct expressions are used, the maximum amount of work that can be done in a day is about 2,000 words.
The maximum workload may vary depending on the nature and difficulty of the document.
It's a sensitive material. Can I trust you not to be leaked?
All documents and interpretations are never disclosed to the outside, and are disposed of upon request after the completion of the work.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed if needed, so please request it if necessary.
