  • Translation Fee Calculation Method: (Base Translation Fee x Field-Specific Surcharge x Number of Words) + VAT 10%
  • The field-specific (industry-specific) surcharge is determined after reviewing the content and difficulty of the requested document.

– An express fee is charged for urgent and overnight translations.

-For urgent (same-day) translations, an additional charge of up to 50% may be applied (negotiable based on the delivery date and quantity).

-For express translations, an additional charge of up to 30% may be applied (negotiable based on the delivery date and quantity).

After translation by a professional translator, the document is reviewed by both Korean and foreign proofreaders for double-checking before delivery. The proofreading fee is included in the translation fee.

Payment Methods & Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For amounts less than $1,000, full prepayment is required. For amounts exceeding $1,000, a deposit is required upon confirmation of the estimate (the deposit amount will be discussed later).
  • For individual requests, a prepayment (bank transfer) is required.

  1. Translation costs vary based on the difficulty, field, and urgency of the original text.
  2. We take full responsibility for correcting any typos, mistranslations, or omissions in the translated document.
  3. If changes or revisions are requested by the client for reasons other than those mentioned in point 2, additional translation costs will be charged.
  4. The entire process, including translation, notarization (certification of the translation), authentication, APOSTILLE, and consular certification, is to certify that the translation is fair and free of errors, not to verify the original source or the truthfulness of the content. Therefore, the translation standards for grades, academic documents, and official documents cannot be translated in a way that is biased or advantageous to either the applicant or the other party.
  5. Any items not mentioned will be decided upon through negotiation, following customary practices for complimentary or charged services.
